Kim has sold every type of property and dealt with anyone kind of buyer. From the “back yard horse lover” to big working ranches, she has a special knack for the buying and selling of horse property. Kim can help any buyer big or small, local or international, professional athletes, musicicians, world renowned business executives to just old cowpokes. She has helped them all. Kim has developed a great team of professionals to assist her buyers and sellers with almost any need that may arise.
Kim and her husband own an Italian restaurant in the Biltmore area. One that just happens to be the best in the southwest! The L’Amore Restaurant is located at 32nd street and Lincoln in Phoenix, Arizona. They both compete in long distance endurance riding and have competed on the Pan American Endurance Team representing the United States in 2003. Kim has over 7000 endurance miles and seventeen 100 mile completions including five Tevis Cup 100 mile completions. They even have a small back yard horse boarding facility.
Kim excerts the same determination used when competing in the 100 mile endurance rides as she does when helping people to be successful in the pursuit of their real estate dreams. She does not believe in the word “can’t” and her philosophy is that “Success is a Life Style”.
